Did You Know?

Pretribulation Rapturism represents the belief that Christ will rapture true believers before the tribulation period. Did you know, this position, widely held by many conservative pre-millenarians, is relatively new in origin. As an established view, it can be traced back to John Darby and the Plymouth Breathren in the year 1830. These men did not hold to Pretribulation Rapturism. John Wesley, Charles Wesley, Charles Spurgeon, Matthew Henry, John Knox, John Hus, William Carey, John Calvin, Isaac Newton, John Whitfield, A.B. Simpson, George Mueller, John Newton, Jonathan Edwards, John Wycliffe, and John Bunyon.
